Returns and exchanges :
The conditions in which you may return items to WEBEDIA and request a refund or exchange are set out in Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We would like to remind you that you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days in which to forward your request to our after-sales service, which should be made via your account.
If you wish to return the item and we agree to this, WEBEDIA will provide you with a shipping note from our delivery partner.
If you decide you do not want the item or it is defective or not the item you ordered, you have a period of fourteen (14) clear days in which to return it, starting from the date on which WEBEDIA confirmed that it would agree to its return. Items must be returned in the following conditions:
- In their original packaging.
- Complete (accessories and instructions etc).
- Clean and unworn.
- Accompanied by the original invoice.
Items that are not returned in the aforementioned time period and conditions will not be refunded or exchanged by PSG eSports.
No returns will be accepted without WEBEDIA having first given its prior agreement.
Customised items (jerseys with names, numbers or other symbols printed on them at the request of the customer) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is defective or has been sent by PSG MERCHANDISING by mistake).
The same restriction applies when the player in question leaves the club or their shirt number changes during their time at the club.

Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the item at their own expense (outside mainland France). We recommend that items be returned by registered mail with an acknowledgment of receipt or using La Poste’s Colissimo package-tracking service or any other service in which the package may be tracked.
If the item(s) is/are defective or incorrect, WEBEDIA will cover the cost of it/their return or will refund the cost to the customer.
Refund conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, under the heading “Satisfaction or your money back”.
Provided that these conditions are fulfilled, WEBEDIA will pay refunds into the bank account of the card used to make the initial payment within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned items.
In the event that the refund does not come through within this period of fourteen (14) days, we would ask you to contact your bank prior to contacting us.
